What’s the Difference Between Dried and Preserved Flowers?
Dried flowersare naturally air-dried, while preserved flowers are treated to maintain their softness and colour for longer.
How Long do Dried Flowers Last?
With proper care, dried flowers last 6 months to 2 years, and preserved flowers can last even longer.
How Should I Care for Dried Flowers?
Display in a cool, dry spot, dust gently, and never add water. Avoid bathrooms or sunny windowsills.
Delivery & Shipment
Do you have to Apply for an Account to be Able to Purchase?
Yes, we’re a dried flowers wholesale, so you need to apply for an account to be able to purchase your products.
The account should be registered after applied.
Can I Order online?
Yes, after register the trade account, you are able to make an order straight away.
Do you Offer Click and Collect?
Yes! You can click and collect for free from our Durham warehouse. Select this option at checkout and we’ll notify you when it’s ready.
How Long Will Product Delivery Take?
Standard delivery takes up to 10 working days from the day you place your order. Larger orders may take slightly longer, especially during busy periods.
Express delivery orders usually arrive within 1-3 working days (Mon-Fri).
When is Delivery Cut off Time?
Once you place an order on our website, our team will immediately begin processing it.
To help you plan your purchase, please note the following schedule:
- Order Cutoff Time: 12:00PM (GMT London Time)
- Order Handling Time: 0-3 days (Monday – Friday)
- Transit Time: 1-7 days (Monday – Friday)
How do we Charge Transport Fees?
For express delivery:
- For purchases between £80.00 and £299.99, receive the next day shipping fee is £15.99.
- For purchases of £300.00 and above, the shipping fee is free.
For standard delivery:
- For purchases between £80.00 and £199.99, the shipping fee is £7.49.
- For purchases between £200.00 and £299.99, the shipping fee is £10.49.
- For purchases of £300.00 and above, shipping is free.
Extra large parcels over 100cm may incur an additional £15 surcharge for certain zones
Do we Ship Worldwide?
No, we currently only sell to the UK region.
What If I Enter the Wrong Shipping Address?
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you notice an error, email info@driedflowersdirect.co.uk immediately. Orders sent to incorrect addresses can only be reshipped once a reshipping fee is paid..
Do We Accept Onsite Visits?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Please contact us first before sending anything back.

Which Items are not Eligible for Return?
We can’t accept returns for used items, wedding products, or anything not in its original packaging.

Yes, if your flowers arrive damaged or incorrect, we’ll replace or resend them free of charge.
