Please make sure you provide the correct address during checkout as Floralfields will not be held responsible if your order is shipped to the wrong address. there is no guarantee that your order will be delivered on time
If your order is shipping to an incorrect address/if you need to modify the shipping address, please email info@floralfields.co.uk as soon as you can.
For orders returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided, we will require you to pay a reshipping fee to resend your order.
If you contact the carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your package, FloralFields will not be responsible if the package is lost, stolen or damaged.

Typically, your delivery will arrive within 3-7 business days, although occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Some of our products are available to back order, and may take up to 10 working days to deliver, but please let us know if you have urgent requirements as we will always do our best to get them to you ASAP
Our flat postage fees are calculated based on the purchase amount, with free shipping available for purchases exceeding￡100. We use DPD, Royal Mail 2nd class or Evri the next day delivery to delivery products.
