Note: Extra-large parcels (over 100cm) may incur an additional £15 surcharge. Free Click & Collect is available from our Darlington warehouse.
Returns & Exchanges
We operate a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.
- Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. (Note: Wedding products are non-returnable).
- Damaged/Incorrect Items: Contact us immediately with photo/video proof. We will cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement.
- Change of Mind: If you are returning an item for personal reasons, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
