We offer delivery nationwide. Please note that international delivery is not available at the moment.
Click and collect and local Durham Delivery
Our dried flowers are available to click and collect in Durham. Collection is free of charge and can be made from our warehouse. Select the collection option at checkout.
Incorrect address/modify shipping address
Please make sure you provide the correct address during checkout as Floralfields will not be held responsible if your order is shipped to the wrong address. there is no guarantee that your order will be delivered on time
If your order is shipping to an incorrect address/if you need to modify the shipping address, please email info@floralfields.co.uk as soon as you can.
For orders returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided, we will require you to pay a reshipping fee to resend your order.
If you contact the carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your package, FloralFields will not be responsible if the package is lost, stolen or damaged.
Tariff
Customs duties and taxes incurred during transportation are borne by FloralFields.
Shipping Dispatch Time and Cost
Floral Fields Wholesale offers table rate UK delivery through our courier partners. We strive to dispatch all orders placed on weekdays before 2 pm on the same day if we have stock in. Typically, your delivery will arrive within 3-7 business days, although occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Some of our products are available to back order, and may take up to 10 working days to deliver, but please let us know if you have urgent requirements as we will always do our best to get them to you ASAP
Our flat postage fees are calculated based on the purchase amount, with free shipping available for purchases exceeding£100. We use DPD, Royal Mail 2nd class or Evri the next day delivery to delivery products.
For express delivery:
– For purchases between£1.00 and£199.99, receive the next day shipping fee is£15.99.
– For purchases of£200.00 and above, the shipping fee is free.
For standard delivery:
– For purchases between£1.00 and£69.99, the shipping fee is £4.49.
– For purchases between£70.00 and£99.99, the shipping fee is £7.00.
– For purchases between£100.00 and£199.99, the shipping fee is £10.49.
– For purchases of £200.00 and above, shipping is free.
Extra large parcels over 100cm may incur an additional £15 surcharge for certain zones
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days once the parcel has been delivered to request a return.

All of our dried stems are handpicked to ensure that they are of the highest quality. If however your flowers arrive damaged and you wish to return or exchange them please get in touch and we will be happy to help.

Please be aware that we currently do not accept returns for wedding products.

If your return is accepted, we will send you return shipping information and instructions on how to send the package.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. preferably with pictures or videos for proof in order to refund or replace the product.
Refunds time
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method.

Please contact us by email to send us a return request. Please tell us your order number and the reason for the return. It is best to attach pictures or videos as proof so that we can exchange the product or make a refund.
